Middle School (VI-VIII)
Our middle school program builds a strong foundation in core subjects like Mathematics, Science, Social Studies, English, and Hindi. Secondary School (IX-X)

Admissions Process
We welcome applications for grades VI to XI. The process is transparent and merit-based.
Admissions are open for the academic session starting April 2024. Students seeking admission to classes VI-IX must have passed the previous class from a recognized board. For class XI, students must have completed class X with a minimum of 75% aggregate.
Key Dates:
- Application window: 1st September 2023 to 30th November 2023
- Entrance test: 15th December 2023
- Interview and interaction: 20th-25th December 2023
- Result declaration: 10th January 2024
- Fee payment deadline: 31st January 2024
The entrance test assesses proficiency in English, Mathematics, and General Knowledge. For class XI, subject-specific tests are conducted based on the chosen stream. The test is conducted both online and offline at our campus and designated centers across India.
Syllabus and sample papers are available on our website. Scholarships up to 100% tuition fee are offered based on merit and economic need. Special quotas exist for wards of defense personnel and alumni.
Our fee structure is comprehensive and includes tuition, boarding, mess, and activity charges. Annual fees for 2024-25 are as follows:
- Tuition fee: ₹2,50,000 per annum
- Boarding and lodging: ₹1,80,000 per annum
- One-time admission fee: ₹50,000
- Security deposit (refundable): ₹75,000

National Science Fair Victory

Our student, Aanya Sharma of class X, won the first prize at the National Level Science Fair held in New Delhi for her project on biodegradable plastics. She competed against 200 participants from across India.
Her innovative approach using agricultural waste to create eco-friendly packaging impressed judges from the Indian Institute of Technology. This achievement highlights our focus on research and sustainability education.
Inter-School Sports Championship
5 November 2023
Welham Girls School basketball team clinched the Uttarakhand Inter-School Championship held in Rishikesh. The team defeated defending champions in a thrilling final match with a score of 68-65.
Coach Ms. Priya Singh praised the girls' dedication and teamwork. This victory adds to our legacy of excellence in sports, with over 50 trophies in the last decade. Training facilities and professional coaching contribute to such successes.
Annual Fest 'Kaleidoscope 2023'

Our annual cultural fest Kaleidoscope witnessed participation from 30 schools across North India. Events included dance, music, drama, and art competitions, attracting over 2000 visitors.
The fest theme 'Empowering Women through Arts' featured workshops by renowned artists and panel discussions on gender equality. Proceeds from the event were donated to a local NGO supporting girl child education.
